I'm not sure I get all the hubbub about whether school children should be allowed to listen to the President of the United States on a school day ... in school. When I was growing up I was taught by my parents to respect and listen to my elders. My mother would NEVER have even thought of denying me the privilege of listening to the President of the United States, regardless of political affiliation.
